Bill McClung – President

Realizing it takes hard work to get to the top, Bill began his journey more than 25 years ago by functioning in key positions at start-up companies that eventually became the largest outsourcing firms in the world. Co-founding ARO in 1990, Bill's passion for customer care excellence and his marketplace foresight have driven the company's success. He holds a patent on office automation technology and has been the creative force behind our revolutionary AROworks technology. He has a BA from Rutgers University.
