Bill McClung – Chief Executive Officer

Realizing it takes hard work to get to the top, Bill began his journey more than 25 years ago by functioning in key positions at start-up companies that eventually became the largest outsourcing firms in the world. Founding ARO in 1990, Bill's passion for customer care excellence and his marketplace foresight have driven the company's success. He holds a patent on office automation technology and has been the creative force behind our revolutionary AROworks technology. He has a BA from Rutgers University.
