National Standards Orientation and Training: ARO's National Standards Orientation Training is a paid series of corporate-provided courses on everything from document duplication to mail processing, work place safety, business ethics and an overall code of conduct. Being prepared for daily challenges gives an individual the confidence he / she needs to solve problems and provide the best possible service.
Leadership Development: Developing leadership skills is something we strive to make available to employees at all levels. ARO provides paid training on vital operational topics including: Delegation, Interviewing Skills, Business Communication, Workplace Safety, and Site Design/Process Flow.
Hands-On Training: Mentoring, site specific, and hands-on training are the education formats we believe in most. Providing a deeply cross-trained workforce broadens each individual's skill set, keeps their knowledge fresh, promotes new ideas, and keeps the daily routine from becoming the daily routine. Comprehensive cross-training also prepares the staff for any unplanned shifts in roles and / or day-to-day swings in volume within the operations.
