Jeffrey "Mac" McClean – National Director of Operations

Mac is responsible for the day-to-day management of operations at all ARO contracted sites. With his team of Client Service Directors, he is tasked with all aspects of contractual compliance, account growth, and contractual renewals. Mac has more than ten years of experience in the outsourcing industry as well as more than 20 years of experience as a U.S. Air Force officer. Our industry leading customer and employee satisfaction ratings are a result of his leadership and the quality of staff he's composed.
