John Western – Vice President of Operations

John oversees all operational components of ARO's services. John has over 15 years of experience in the outsourcing industry with an emphasis on analysis and operations. John and his team have a wide breadth of expertise in outsourced office support functions, and provide flexible solutions in consultation with clients. His group implements and manages our operations to ensure accountability for all service solutions. He holds a BA from the University of Minnesota and an MA from the University of Virginia.
