At ARO we are committed to community involvement. Our Charity Leave and Donate for Life programs seek to reward ARO's employees for sharing our mission of giving back as part of their personal and professional development.
After six months of employment, eligible ARO employees are able to take advantage of our Charity Leave Program. This program offers employees five additional days of paid leave to volunteer their time with a non-for-profit charity of their choice. ARO received a Quality of Life Award from the Minneapolis Chamber of Commerce for this program.
Donate for Life
With over 100,000 Americans on a donor transplant list, we are committed to doing our part to help those in need. ARO employees who choose to become an organ or tissue donor will be reimbursed by the company for the cost of their Driver's License or state identification card. ARO's Donate for Life program has been cited in the “Yale Journal of Health Policy, Law, and Ethics” as an example of corporate activism and community involvement.
ARO's Employee Rewards & Recognition Programs
ARO has a series of employee reward and recognition programs for our on-site employees. These programs focus on three key components of our daily services: quality, customer service and documented cost savings initiatives.
Employee Referral Programs: ARO employees who refer friends or family to ARO for employment are eligible for different cash or paid time off incentives.
Customer Satisfaction Results: ARO employees whose sites receive the highest level of customer satisfaction ratings from our clients are eligible for different cash and other rewards.
Hard Dollar Cost Savings: ARO employees who identify and implement client-approved processes, procedures or programs that save our clients money are eligible for different cash rewards.
Service Excellence: Members of ARO's corporate staff who personally witness or experience outstanding service excellence from our employees are entitled to issue on the spot cash or gift rewards.
